New Horizons Career & Technical Education Center (CTE) - New Horizons CTE Center offers 25 trade courses to high school juniors and seniors. Students have the opportunity to fulfill required high school elective credits at one of the New Horizons facilities for half of the school day. Students will earn industry level credentialing and/or college credit for the class.
