It’s almost that time again! Time for the annual “Seaford’s Got Talent” talent show! SES students have an amazing amount of talent and we want to give you a chance to share it with us! Whether it’s singing, playing an instrument, telling jokes, performing magic tricks, dancing, or anything else, we want to encourage you to share your talent with your Seaford family!

Auditions for the Talent Show will be held Monday, March 23rd from 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm in the Library. You must bring all necessary performance items with you to this audition (music, props and outfits).

Practices will be held on April 6th, 13th, and 20th after school in the SES Library from 3:50 pm to 5:00 pm. Dress Rehearsal will be April 23rd at 6:00 pm at Seaford Baptist Church.  “Seaford’s Got Talent” will be April 24th at 6:30 pm at Seaford Baptist Church.  Your student will be brought to the front foyer for pickup so please wait outside under the breezeway for pick up.      

Permission slips must be turned in to your teacher along with a copy of the song you will be performing (music & lyrics), or written description of the act you will be performing. *All performances must be approved by the school administration prior to the program.

The “Seaford’s Got Talent” talent show is sponsored by the SES PTA; therefore, a signed permission slip from each entrant is required. If there are multiple people in a group, each person must have a signed and returned permission slip. Also, if there are multiple acts choosing the same song, we may ask you to switch your song or combine your act with other students.

Information about your act is due with permission slip no later than Monday, March 20th by 10 am. No exceptions.  If you have any questions or would be interested in helping with rehearsals or the performance, contact Chairperson Marika Benggio at  Permission slips will be coming home in a couple weeks!

Hello SES family, 

The holidays are upon us and lots of us are starting our shopping.  All staff that wanted to have filled out a form for their favorite things that you may find helpful this season. The link is listed below.

Penguin Patch is the holiday shoppe for students to bring in money and shop for their loved ones.  It is really amazing to see them use their life skills with budget, money and giving! We cannot do this event without the help from volunteers. Below is a link were you can sign up and you can also forward this email to the parents in your classroom as well.  This event is the whole first week in December.

We also do a cookie swap for our teachers and staff.  This event you can sign up to bring in baked goods and just drop them off in the office day of the event Friday December 6th.
