Amazon - Kroger - Box Tops

BIG changes are coming to Box Tops! Earning cash for our school just got easier and all you need is your smartphone. When you download the NEW and improved Box Tops app you’ll be able to scan your receipt, Box Tops products will be instantly identified and automatically add cash to Coventry’s earnings online.  Download the new app here https://www.boxtops4education.com/How%20To%20Earn. In the meantime, continue to send in the clipped boxtops until they are phased out at the end of this year. The top five individual students at September’s collection will receive a gift card. (Make sure to include your students name and teacher on their submission). Contact: Amy Carl (akippie@vt.edu)

General Membership Meeting

Our first General Membership Meeting will be held next Tuesday, September 24th ahead of the K-2 Back to School Night events. This is a VOTING meeting. VOLUNTEERS

We need parents and students to help with upcoming Back to School nights. If you are available to help please Click HERE. Middle & High School students are welcome to help and parent volunteers will take turns visiting classrooms.

Calling all Scouts! The PTA is looking for Girl & Boy Scout Groups to perform the opening flag ceremony at our meetings this year. Please Click HERE  to sign up!!

Finally, the PTA Executive Board would like to thank all of the parents who have reached out and sent in a Volunteer Form. It takes a village of volunteers to sustain the many programs and events PTA provides and we are looking forward to having many new faces on the team. We will continue to reach out as we plan upcoming events. If you are interested in helping or would like more information about a specific program, please feel free to email, text, or just stop us in the hall!
