• Customizing Your Calendar View
    The website calendar provides the option for each user to customize the calendar view to their particular needs or interests. Users can combine multiple school and division calendars to a single calendar and even filter specific, color-coded event categories. This may be especially helpful to parents who may have children attending different schools.

    How to Customize Your Calendar View
    To subscribe to multiple calendars:

    1. Click on Customize Calendar View in the top left-hand corner of any calendar. Calendar & Category options display.
    2. Click the pencil icon next to Calendars.
    3. Click the 'Add/Remove' button.
    4. From the pop-up window, select the desired school sites.
    5. Click the 'I'm Done' button.

    Having now chosen the calendars you want to view, you may want to filter categories of events in which you are interested.

    To filter specific categories of events:

    1. Click on the pencil icon next to Categories.
    2. Click the 'Add/Remove' button.
    3. From the pop-up window, click the corresponding Event Categories you want included in the custom view.
    4. Click the 'I'm Done' button.

    *High school athletics calendars can be found on the Bay Rivers District website or on the division’s mobile app.
