Material Distribution Request Form
The York County School Division receives many requests from local organizations and businesses to distribute information and materials to our students. We consider this an important community service, but also recognize that resources must be prioritized to support the core mission of the school division. Beginning with the 2013-14 school year, YCSD expanded the division's "Green YCSD" by initiating a more paperless approach to our Material Distribution process in accordance with this Superintendent's Regulation.
Public Agencies (Federal, State or Local Government Entities, Public Colleges & Universities):
Monthly delivery dates and distribution windows of printed, non-instructional materials and announcements from public agencies are established annually. Direct distribution dates are listed below. Materials from public agencies that meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance requirements can also be linked on the division website, with periodic notifications of new flyer postings provided to parents.

Non-Profit (501C-3) Organizations:
Electronic versions of flyers that meet ADA compliance requirements will be posted on the division website, with periodic notifications of new flyer postings provided to parents.

Electronic notification will occur each month from September through May. ADA compliant portable document file (PDF) versions of flyers must be received at least seven days in advance to be included in the monthly email (PDF File 508 Checklist).

ADA Resources:
York County School Division is currently not accepting any Material Distribution requests for the 2025-26 school year.
All requests will resume in August for the 2026-27 academic school year.
