The York County School Division establishes student fees, as permitted by state law or Virginia Board of Education regulations, annually. In addition to student athletic fees and school parking fees, certain courses and programs also include fees. A waiver of fees or a payment schedule may be considered under certain circumstances. All requests must be made in writing to the building principal. Additional information about student fees is provided in the Student Handbook & Code of Conduct.
Rycor is an online form and payment management system. YCSD will use this system to have parents complete many annual forms to reduce paper waste and improve efficiency. Schools may use this system for payments such as field trips, class dues and more.
Parents will need to create an account in order to sign forms and make payments.
Payments can be made online for athletics fees and school lunches, while all other fees are collected by individual schools. Please contact the school if you have any additional questions.
We are partnered with Envision Payment Solutions for the recovery of returned checks. If your check is dishonored by the bank, a service fee will be assessed in accordance with state law. In providing a check as payment, you authorize electronic representment if your check should return unpaid. Also, you authorize service charges and processing fees as allowed by state law to be debited from the same account via paper draft or electronic funds transfer.
