Senior Activity & Information Sheet - Use the Senior Activity & Information Sheet to highlight all of your accomplishments throughout your high school career. Students applying to colleges through the Common App or requesting a letter of recommendation will need to complete this form and submit it to their school counselor.

AP Credit Policy Search - Your AP Scores could earn you college credit or advanced placement (meaning you could skip certain courses in college). Use the AP Credit Policy Search to find colleges that offer credit or placement for AP Scores.
AP Score Reporting - Please note that Grafton High School does not get individual score reports. To get college credit or placement for your AP scores, you have to request that the College Board send an official AP score report to the college. Transfer Virginia - Dual enrollment opportunities offer courses through which you may earn college credits. You must have a 3.0 GPA to enroll in a DE course. Community Service Log - Use the Community Service Log to track your volunteer hours. Community service hours may be logged for various Honor Societies, the Honors Program, and/or the Board of Education Seal for Excellence in Civics Education.
