      When enrolling a new student, please complete the new student pre-registration online which can be found here: Registration Information and then contact Queens Lake Middle School Counseling office at (757)220-4070 to schedule an appointment to complete the registration process.  At the registration appointment, a records request form will be completed and sent to the students' previous school to obtain records.

      In addition to the documents listed in the link below, it is helpful to provide a copy of your child’s most recent report card to assist us in choosing the courses that are the best fit for your child.
