    CHEER INTEREST MEETING:

    When: May 1, 2023 - 2:30pm

    Where: QLMS Cafeteria

    Who: Rising 7th and 8th Graders

    Pre-tryout conditioning will be on Mondays starting May 8th from 3-5:30pm.

    Tryouts will be May 23-25 5:30-7pm

    *Sports Physical must be completed and on file to participate.

It will allow us to split into groups depending on numbers.  The following paper work is a current VHSL physical dated after July 1, 2022, Concussion return to play form, covid 19 history and clearance form, and the sports waiver.
